Terms and Conditions of Sale

Welcome to the Sixpm Shop website, operated by Sixpm Shop LLC. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, www.sixpmshop.com, and the purchase of products from us. By accessing, browsing, or using our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. General

These Terms and Conditions apply to all sales made by Sixpm Shop LLC through our website. By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and you are at least 18 years old.

2. Sales and Purchase

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
  • After placing an order, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that we have received your order. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted.
  • We will confirm our acceptance of your order by sending you an email that confirms the goods have been dispatched ("Dispatch Confirmation").

3. Delivery

  • Delivery is available only within the United States.
  • Announced delivery times are between 5 to 9 business days from the date of Dispatch Confirmation.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control.
  • If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date, we will contact you with a revised estimated delivery date.

4. Prices and Payment

  • The price of any products will be as quoted on our site, except in cases of obvious error.
  • Prices include applicable taxes but exclude delivery costs, which will be added to the total amount due.
  • Payment can be made using the methods specified on our website. Payment must be received by us in full prior to dispatch of the goods.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • You have the right to return products within 14 days of receiving them.
  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at help@thesupport.io.
  • Returned products must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging.
  • We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned products.

6. Liability

  • Our liability for losses you suffer as a result of us breaking this agreement is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product you purchased.
  • We are not responsible for any indirect loss, consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business, or damage to goodwill in each case whether arising from breach of contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise.
  • Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

7. Force Majeure

We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a Contract that is caused by events outside our reasonable control ("Force Majeure Event").

  • A Force Majeure Event includes any act, event, non-happening, omission or accident beyond our reasonable control.
  • If a Force Majeure Event takes place that affects the performance of our obligations under a Contract, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible to notify you.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Washington, D.C., without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9. Dispute Resolution

  • If you have a dispute with us, we will try to resolve it quickly and efficiently.
  • If you are unhappy with the way we deal with any disagreement and you wish to take court proceedings, you must do so within the United States and the State of Washington, D.C.

10. User Obligations

  • Users agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that might harm, damage, or disparage the reputation of Sixpm Shop LLC.
  • Users must ensure that their account information is accurate and up to date.
  • Users must keep their account password confidential and secure. Users are responsible for all activities that occur under their account.
